Marketing Development Manager
At Impetors we are seeking a skilled Marketing Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive company growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse market needs to identify new opportunities for expanding the customer base and increasing the revenue of the existing business.
- Define marketing performance measurements in alignment with marketing objectives and strategies.
- Analyse new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in local landscape.
- Analyse past performance of collections, categories and campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness and return-on-investment (ROI).
- Developing social media and digital strategies to support sales and marketing.
- Implement all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns including digital paid campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI & KIP’s).
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective foradoption where appropriate.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for domestic marketing campaigns, brand communication and communications materials.
- Generate ideas and strategies based upon data-driven insights and recommendations.• Research new markets, develop relationships with companies or prospective clients, and present sales pitches.
- Expand the customer base by conducting studies to identify potential growth areas and planning new marketing campaigns.
- Manage service agreements with business partners. Negotiate with domestic partners on new and on-going business collaborations.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as leadership and teamwork skills.
- Train and lead the marketing team and supervise other staff members.
- Review marketing measures to enhance programme strategies, product offerings and business competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Education: A masters degree in marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically,5-7 years of experience in marketing development and digital marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of driving growth.
