Position Overview

In the current exciting and dynamic context of constant new trends, services and technologies being introduced, we are seeking a passionate, bright and motivated individual to join the Marketing department.

The position will report to the Marketing Manager for EMEA Special Projects & Events and he or she will assist the team in the development and execution of all seasonal brand campaigns, initiatives & events across fashion, home and hospitality.

Working within the EMEA Marketing department in London, you will support with the 360 strategy development, campaign ideation, amplification planning and brand experience design across all key projects and events in order to strengthen our plan equity and desirability while securing the loyalty of our customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Manager, Special Projects & Events, you will:

  • Support with the Marketing planning and execution of 360 branding and engagement platforms to the highest of standards
  • Assist with the coordination around key Global Brand Moments & Hospitality Pop-Ups taking place across Europe
  • Assist with the creative ideation of new projects, event concepts, hospitality and gifting initiatives which drive awareness, engagement and desirability
  • Support with the development of scalable amplification plans per project activation, partnering cross-functionally to maximise customer reach and business impact (Media, PR, Social, Retail, CRM…)
  • Own coordination of all key logistics surrounding marketing initiatives & events:

➢ Pre-event duties include but not limited to creation of pre-project planning documents & project overviews, briefing and printing of invitations and other key event collaterals, developing branded elements and coordinating timely delivery per project, identifying new and exciting partners/vendors to enrich events and brand experiences, setting up the guestlist process and creating shot lists for key event photographers.

➢ Post-event duties include tracking PR & Media amplification and sales results, receiving and organizing all photography assets, and preparation of senior management reports and post-project debriefs.

  • Perform regular research into Special Event industry best practices, sharing key trends and insights with the team to drive brand innovation and excitement
  • Build relationships with key departments through excellence in etiquette and communications to ensure that all marketing activities are optimized.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two full strategic cycles of previous experience in a similar function within the luxury fashion industry, or a 360 marketing agency.

  • Proactive, organized, and responsible

  • Interest & understanding of the fashion industry (with a focus on luxury) and competitor activity
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel
