IT Operations Executive Full Time

iFAST Global Bank is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and self-starting candidate to join our IT Team as an IT Operations Executive. As an IT Operations Executive, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals across various departments, gaining valuable hands-on experience in diverse IT functions. You will be exposed to a wide range of IT projects and responsibilities, allowing you to develop a strong foundation in information technology, continuously learn and grow, and make a significant impact within the organization.


The role will entail:

  • Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of systems and applications, both in cloud environments and on-premises infrastructure.
  • Conduct ongoing testing and debugging to ensure software systems are functional and perform optimally.
  • Monitor and evaluate system performance to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance and technical support to users across various departments.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and transform them into effective technical solutions.
  • Aid in the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including software and network components.
  • Work with AWS cloud services to deploy, manage, and monitor cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures to ensure effective knowledge sharing.
  • Keep abreast of the latest IT trends and technological advancements to continually improve the bank's processes and capabilities.

Requirements

The successful candidate will likely possess the following (or equivalent qualifiers):

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 , Intune & Defender
  • Familiarity with windows patch management
  • Familiarity with Endpoint protection and Microsoft security policies
  • Familiarity with vulnerability management
  • Familiarity with Cloud (Azure/AWS)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and adapting to changes.
