Microsoft Dynamics F&O Delivery Architect - Somerset (onsite 5 days a week)

We are recruiting for a Microsoft Dynamics F&O Delivery Architect to join our team in Somerset.

The successful applicant will possess extensive experience as a Microsoft Dynamics F&O (Dynamics AX) Consultant/ Architect, with a minimum of four end-to-end projects in the portfolio, as well as possessing a strong understanding of customsation patterns within Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM at the level allowing to specify custom solutions for developers.

Type: Fixed Term employment

Duraion: 3 months initially

Start: ASAP

Location: Somerset - onsite 5 days a week

The Role:

• Understanding of customization patterns within Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM at the level allowing to specify custom solutions for developers
• Experience in business processes including Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, and Supply Chain is required. In-depth expertise in one of the areas is key for this role
• Knowledge of infrastructure, Azure D365 Deployments, integrations, and customizations within Dynamics 365 F&O at the level allowing to estimate blueprint the solution, and build credibility within the client,
• Inspire and guide people towards a common goal for everyone’s benefit,
• Very good communication and presentation skills,
• A good understanding of agile and waterfall project management and software development approaches,
• Open-minded, seeking innovative solutions, creative approach for solving common challenges across projects,
• Self-Starter Attitude,
• Capability of managing communication in a team, moderating discussions, drawing constructive conclusions, resolving conflicts,
• Strategic thinking and tactical project planning/management skills

What you will bring:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience within D365 F&O
• Specialisation in one/more of Finance, Supply Chain; Manufacturing; Integration; Security.
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• Bachelor's degree in any IT-related domain
