Job Description
The UK IT team are responsible for supporting over 1400 users in the UK. The department is split into two main areas, IT Support and Digitalization Support.
Sika is always growing and developing, and our team plays a key role in the integration of new entities and supporting ever changing and growing business.
Purpose of the Role
We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to help us provide comprehensive IT support to our internal users, ensuring that detailed and concise information is logged for each ticket. This will involve both On-site and remote support, adhering to SLA’s and KPI’s to ensure the user receives effective and timely resolution. Using your troubleshooting skills to investigate new issues and create and share documentation not only with the rest of the IT support team but end users.

The Skills:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a 1st/2nd line Support Role
- Problem solving mindset and able to think logically.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP
- Experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of networking
