New Business Executive

Due to our impressive consistent growth and strong ambitions within the IT & Telecoms sector, we are currently recruiting for a New Business Executive who will be provide effective B2B lead generation.
This is an Academy team and we are looking for ambitious individuals who are keen to grow their sales career within a nurturing and secure environment. The reason for this vacancy is to replace existing members of the Academy team moving up into our into our Telecoms Account Management team. Recent New business wins from appointments generated in our Academy team are ‘Which’ ‘The British Library’ and ‘University of Suffolk’
Join our New Business Academy Team
As an individual you will need to have a high level of personal motivation, a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment and be an effective communicator.
Profiling prospective companies to qualify In-market and researching appropriate contacts before using phone, email, video message and social media to generate qualified appointments for our Telecoms, Mobile and Tech Account Management teams.
Additionally, you will:
Effectively research prospect companies and potential decision makers
Qualify prospects and persuade them to meet with Account Managers and Directors within Tech, Mobile and Telecoms teams
Update and maintain CRM prospect records in line with Sales Team guidelines
Maintain a calendar of meetings booked and follow up with sales team to check quality of meeting and any follow up activity
Build a rapport with the Account Management team to increase knowledge of the full sales process and improve understanding of meeting requirements
Maintain knowledge of the current product portfolio and the benefits to potential customers and seek training where needed
Salary Up to £30k DOE + Uncapped commission
25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays
Optional Hybrid working (3 days a week in the Reigate office in Surrey)

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a New Business Executive with:
A minimum of 6-12 months B2B lead generation or sales experience selling to senior people within Medium and Enterprise organisations
A proven track record of successful Revenue or qualified meeting target achievement
Drive and Ability to overcome the hurdles related to this role
Competent with Microsoft office packages
Exposure to CRM database packages
Positive attitude and behaviour, as well as trustworthy, credible and reliable nature
High level of personal motivation & ability to communicate at all levels
Strong written and verbal communication skills
