Telesales Executive

We are looking to expand our new business team to assist clients in the local area as well as clients from further afield.

Commission
This role will be a salaried role with commission available.
Job Role
Being a strong team player, you will join our New Business Team based at our office in either Leeds City Centre or Moortown. You will be responsible for dealing with our Wills & Probate enquiries, making calls to our existing clients and potential new clients to bring in new business. You may also assist our NBT team who deal with a high volume of new instructions from new clients, attending to their queries and requests, providing quotations and ensuring the completion and return of new file opening sheets. Key tasks include (full training provided):
• Making sales calls in particular relation to Wills & Probate.
• Updating our database.
Other Duties may include:
• Providing accurate quotes to new conveyancing clients
• Accurately opening files and inputting data on our case management system
• Ensuring conflict checks are done on each new matter.
• Collating the information required from clients.
• Producing and issuing Client Care Packages and documents requiring signature
• Preparing paper files in line with company standards.
• Updating spreadsheets to capture data.
• Liaising with clients on telephone to assist with queries.
• Ensuring accurate equality and diversity information is captured and recorded.
• Inbox management with the teams to ensure incoming emails are shared with the correct team.
Person Specification
We are looking for someone with excellent client care skills, with a background in sales who is tech savvy and a proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel. You will be confident, friendly and articulate and able to convert initial client queries into sales by providing accurate information about our high-quality services and our prices. Previous experience using a case management system would be beneficial, though is not essential. High attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential as you will be the first contact for our new clients and responsible for the start of their journey with Levi Solicitors.
This role would be best suited to someone with previous experience in a sales and/or administration role, who is assertive, articulate and self-confident and genuinely enjoys offering first-class customer service to clients.
